Matt Rawls is a singer/songwriter who grew up in the small town of Caldwell, TX and has been a prominent figure in the Texas Music scene for many years. He writes about life growing up in small town Texas, and pulls from every experience he’s had throughout life since he left that home. He believes that in just about every song, there is someone who can relate to it. He has spent the last few years in Iraq, first as a Marine during the invasion, and continued working over there as security contractor. He has finally laid his guns to rest and is pursuing his life-long dream of music.

Jesse Roach has been described in the press as talented, sexy, passionate and completely alluring. Her music has been called real, unaffected and simply magical. A true natural in her singing and writing, reflecting the deep South Texas blues heritage absorbed as a child, Jesse has introduced a modern sensibility to the old passion.

An atmosphere of back porch concerts under the low hanging Spanish moss in the old Live Oaks, is evident in the raw tonalities of her voice and the stories she tells. Driven by a need to perform and express herself, Jesse found a guitar, put her stories to music and began singing to whoever was around.

Thus, after a chance meeting with veteran guitarist/songwriter/producer Ken Reynolds at one of her shows in Houston, in less than a year, Jesse’s fame and recognition has reached a point to where she is one of the best known artists in Houston.

Writing and recording in a collaboration with Ken, Doug Deforest and Ron Geslin, Jesse and her ‘team’ are on the way and ready for anything. Looks, talent, style and bravado come together to form the very core of this beautiful young lady

Bryan Scott ladies and gentlemen. Some of you may be saying … “well .. my name is Bryan too”. And that may be true, but is your last name Scott? And do you play the Geetar?
If you do .. well, you ain’t this Bryan Scott. Cause he will be here, and you will prolly be at the bar working out with the 12oz curls.

Anyway … This version of Bryan Scott will be slingin’ his strings on the wooden box on August 16th, and on August 30th. So, leave your tomatoes at home, come on in and sling some drinks while groovin’ to some good music.

Our new menu showcases sandwiches and hamburgers, steaks and grilled items, and happy hour favorites. These are local favorites with natural ingredients, and a clean environment.

Our guests are between 25 – 35 years of age, and seriously … they are geniuses. We have the single and free thinking crowd … slinging beers, talking trash, and throwing ideas around as if they were in a bar fight.

Our environment is easy going and non-pretentious, so enjoy our new menu creations such as wraps, fish and shrimp tacos, and chicken picatta ( by the way … we are moving in a healthier direction.) We still have our famous chicken fried steak, pot roast, and of course our classic cheeseburger and signature home-cut fries not to mention countless others. So come in, grab a cold one, and grub down Htown!!!
